Shipping policy

Once you place your order, we’ll take up to 5 business days to hand-pack it. Then, we’ll send you a tracking email when your wines leave our warehouse.
After the shipping, your wines take from 2 to 5 business days to be delivered.
If you need expedited shipping for an event, drop us a line at  info@chateaudevelvet.com and we’ll make sure you get wine in time for that special occasion.
